I lead projects at the seam of engineering, design, and marketing.

I started my career as a software engineer, spent two years on a brand and marketing team building growth experiments, and a stint embedded with designers learning to think in flows and not just features. Project management is where those three crafts meet — and where I do my best work.

Today I lead cross-functional teams through the messy middle of delivery: framing the right problem, choosing the bet that actually moves the metric, and keeping engineering, design, research, and go-to-market aligned without slowing them down.

I care most about user empathy, strategic clarity, and cross-functional trust. My favourite work happens when those three are operating in a healthy tension.
